Mercury is a bold future focused organisation, leading the way with renewable energy and working toward a sustainable future. We generate electricity from 100% renewable sources: hydro, geothermal and wind. We are also a retailer of electricity, gas, broadband and mobile services. Our offices are based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupo. We have generation sites spread across the upper North Island.

PARENTAL LEAVE
26 weeks fully paid Primary Carer Leave – receive a “top up” of the IRD payments to your normal salary. 4 weeks of Partner Leave – with the flexibility to take this in the first 13 months.
BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
Providing support so that you can take the time you need. It can be taken when you lose anyone close to you, including your pet.
