Who we are

Think Council is just rates, rubbish, and roads? Think again.

We are responsible for keeping the city running smoothly, and providing top notch services like urban planning, waste management, maintaining essential infrastructure, environmental protection and taking care of our parks and reserves (we even have a shepherd!).

We also play a vital role in community development and creating a city that works for all, where no one experiences physical barriers, and everyone feels included.
